Torchlight Festival of Camping 2023

The National Event Sub-Committee are looking for Torchlight Stewards to join this year’s crew to support the pitching team when campers arrive on Thursday 17^th and Friday 18^th August. As a thank you, volunteers will receive a 50% discount on their Torchlight ticket, an invitation to the crew party on Tuesday evening, as well as the option to extend their stay at Walesby Forest for free until Tuesday 22^nd August.

Volunteers would be required to arrive at Walesby Forest on Tuesday 15^th August so they can be trained ahead of members arriving. They’d then support the pitchers from 10am Thursday morning until 8.30pm Friday evening (with breaks). After this, they will be free to enjoy the festival fun for the rest of the weekend.
